As a member who has already received basic training, or has some experience in computer and software use, you will be able to use our 'buddy' program whereby we can introduce an experienced member to a new user to provide help when difficulties are encountered. This facility is available in several areas of the State, and is expanding - our motto is Seniors helping Seniors.

A helpdesk is available for specific problems or just general queries, and telephone support can also be provided. In the Members' Area of this Website is a comprehensive collection of tips and tricks, as well as more technical papers. There is also a members' forum, and a members' market, and more.

We conduct regular meetings of members at three localities in the State at which general issues and technical problems can be discussed, and presentations given on specific topics.

Members receive a newsletter each month. This provides tips, general information, and introduces members with common interests so they can begin communicating with each other. It will review programs, offer help and give advice regarding software, and report on useful Internet sites. Special interest e-mail supplements are being developed, such as our Gardening Club and Genealogy Interest Group, and more may follow as special interest groups are identified.
